When cleaning your carpet we strictly follow the IICRC's guidelines. The IICRC is the internationally recognized authority on carpet cleaning. Using a non IICRC certified firm voids certian manufacturer's carpet warranties and may damage your carpet.

Pre-inspection and pricing. We always inspect your carpeting before beginning our cleaning to make sure you are fully aware of what results to expect. At this point we provide our final estimate and go through it with you line by line before we begin any work.
Carpet cleaning. Unlike many other firms that insist on one carpet cleaning method or another we offer our customers in Lady Lake and The Villages, Florida a choice; steam carpet cleaning or low moisture carpet cleaning. We are careful that our carpet cleanings always match the IICRC's five principles of carpet cleaning:

Light furniture movement. We do not want our carpet cleaning service to be a hassle. That's why we do light furniture moving for free (e.g. end tables, chairs, small coffee tables, etc.). Although there is a small charge for heavier items such as beds.
Price honesty. We hate enduring high pressure sales tactics. That is why we never do the same to our family of customers. It is simple, give the most honest estimate you can, never try to sell something that won't benefit the customer, and always get customer approval before performing additional services.
