Renu Carpet and Tile Cleaning was started at the bottom of the Great Recession by Charlie Caccamis in June 2009 at one of the lowest points of the recession. From the start we have focused on quality. We owe much thanks to George at Alred's Performance Plus of Ocala, Florida; a Master Textile cleaner who taught Charlie a great deal about the industry during Charlie's 3 years training as a technician at his company. Since George Allred retired in the 2020’s and closed his business, he trusts Renu to care for his client base.
Charlie is the founder of Renu and has worked in the carpet-cleaning and floor-care industry for more than 22 years as of 2026.
Malynn, our office administrator, is often the friendly voice you hear when you call. Her extensive experience in customer service, logistics, and administration makes her an invaluable part of our team.
Paul is Charlie’s right-hand man and oversees most of our field operations. With more than 40 years of contract-cleaning experience, he brings an exceptional depth of knowledge to every job.
Connie, Paul’s wife, has worked alongside him on contract-cleaning projects for more than 40 years. Her experience and attention to detail make her a trusted member of the Renu team.
Tristen, Malynn’s son, grew up in a family of service professionals. That background gave him a natural understanding of in-home customer service and what it takes to care for a client’s property.
Taygon, Paul and Connie’s daughter, has accompanied her parents on cleaning jobs for many years. For her, professional cleaning and customer care have become second nature.
Renu carries $2 million in liability insurance. Protecting our customers and their property is essential, and our coverage provides added peace of mind in the unlikely event of an unforeseen incident.

Our restoration services have helped local businesses avoid hundreds of thousands of dollars in premature replacement costs. We have restored carpets and hard floors that appeared to be at the end of their useful lives, returning them to clean, attractive, and serviceable condition.
We bring that same expertise to residential properties. Our team has restored wool and silk Oriental rugs, tile and grout, carpet, wood flooring, and vinyl flooring in homes throughout the area.
