From the start we have focused on quality. We owe much thanks to George at Alred's Performance Plus of Ocala, Florida; a Master Textile cleaner who taught Charlie a great deal about the industry during Charlie's two year stay with the company. To this day we refer work to him whenever possible.
As we have mentioned quality comes first with our company. Thus, while many competitors wear blue jeans and a t-shirt, we always wear a button up shirt and slacks while cleaning.
Of course it is hard to perform a quality cleaning when you don't know how. In that regard we are a step ahead of many competitors because the people performing our carpet cleaning work are always certified; not just the owner who is staying in the office. Proper training has proved critical and helped us avoid everything from damaging mistakes to poor cleaning quality. When our company started Charles carried three certifications relating to residential textile cleaning and recently acquired a fourth. As of April, 2010 we both are certified by the IICRC in "commercial carpet maintenance".

A couple months later the Best Western of Ocala, Florida joined the team. Next we acquired carpet cleanings from a company that manages approximately 500 apartments in the Ocala, Florida area, DeSimone Realty. October 2009 we landed a carpet cleaning contract for a 24,000 sq. ft. facility owned by the company in charge of child adoption, foster care, and caregiver services in five counties; Kids Central, Inc.
